This Old House’s second half of Season 41 of “This Old House” will showcase a North Shore residence designed by SV Design of Chatham and Beverly.
This home renovation and addition, Gray Lodge, premiered on the PBS series March 26. Over the course of 10 episodes viewers will get to know the homeowners and see the dramatic transformation of a shingle-style 1890s Cape Ann home. The series airs from March to the end of May.
SV’s team redesigned the property and house by adjusting the layout and flow of both. SV preserved historic details and added contemporary touches to the home while enhancing the property’s setting with natural and low-maintenance landscape. The construction team for the project was Silva Brothers Construction.
