This December, First Citizens’ has announced their holiday pledge to give back to the community in a unique, interactive way.
For the month of December, First Citizens’ will be posting a variety of “giving back” ideas via social media. These efforts may include ways to donate time, money or resources towards our community. A special #GiftofGiving message will be posted on First Citizens’ Facebook page every Wednesday in December for members to like, share and/or comment on. Each week, one lucky winner will pick a local non-profit of their choice to receive $250! In addition, he/she will receive $50.
The credit union’s commitment to the communities it serves is highlighted by its involvement, fundraising, or sponsorship of several non-profit organizations including Rise Up For Homes, Veterans Transition House, Housing Assistance Corporation, Inc., Old Colony YMCA, Immigrants Assistance Center, Heroes in Transition, Arts Falmouth, Your Theatre, Inc., and several food pantries and shelters across the Southcoast and Cape Cod area and many more.
