Ten Pin Eatery bolsters staff in advance of Grand Opening

Ten Pin Eatery announced the appointment of several new managers in anticipation of its grand opening this month at Cape Cod Mall.  These management positions are among the more than 100 employees who have been hired to staff the new 25,000 square-foot entertainment complex that is a joint venture between Chapin’s Restaurant Group and Ryan’s.
Kathy Morelli, a long-time resident of the Cape, has been named General Manager of the Eatery. Morelli brings more than twenty-five years of restaurant experience to the post, including management roles at Steamers Restaurant, Starbucks and others.
Lexxie Racheotes of Dennis Port joins Ten Pin’s back-of-the-house team as the Kitchen Manager. She comes to Ten Pin from sister-restaurant Chapin’s, where she served as Sous Chef. Racheotes brings more than two decades of culinary experience, both in the restaurant industry and as a private chef.
Jamie Edwards also joins the restaurant team as Bar Manager. One of Cape Cod’s most seasoned bartender’s, Jamie’s career has taken him from Portland, Maine to San Diego, and finally to the Cape.  He spent the past several years as Bar Manager at The Ocean House in Dennis.  He’s also tended bar at Chapin’s and The Black Cat. His mixology work has been featured in various publications including Edible Cape Cod and USA Today.
Steve Craft, Chris Milone and Emily Page have all been tapped as Managers of Ten Pin’s entertainment offerings, which includes eleven bowling lanes, a Cape Cod-themed laser tag arena and a full arcade.  Craft comes to Ten Pin from Betsy’s Diner in Falmouth, which he managed for 20 years. Milone comes from project management roles, most recently in the high-tech industry.  Page brings more than a decade of experience at local restaurants and will also be coordinating birthday parties and special events for groups of 24 people or less.
Ten Pin Eatery is a joint venture between Cape Cod-based Chapin’s Restaurant Group and Ryan’s. The 25,000 square-foot complex is located in the Macy’s Men’s Wing of Cape Cod Mall.  It features a 300-seat restaurant and bar area, more than twenty TVs and several large projection screens, 8 lanes of ‘Ten Pin’ bowling, 3 additional private bowling lanes, a Cape Cod-themed laser tag arena, an arcade area and a VIP lounge for special events.
