Ten Pin Eatery announced the appointment of Connie Nye Clark as Group Sales Manager this week. Clark will oversee the sales and execution of the venue’s corporate outings, private parties and special functions.
Clark is well-known in the region as a veteran wedding planner. She and her team have planned and produced hundreds of weddings over the years and are now the exclusive wedding coordinators for Chapin’s Catering and The Pelham House Resort in Dennis. Clark has more than 25 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, having been a venue manager for hotels and other unique event properties prior to launching her own business. She will continue her work with brides and grooms through The Perfect Plan, in addition to her new role at Ten Pin Eatery.
“Connie is one of the most talented and trusted event planners in the region and we’re thrilled to have her on the Ten Pin team,” said James Mullen of Chapin’s Restaurant/Ten Pin Eatery. “She’s meticulous in her planning and has an astute ability to cater to the unique needs of each client. Anyone planning a special event at Ten Pin will be in excellent hands.”
Ten Pin Eatery is a joint venture between Cape Cod based Chapin’s Restaurant Group and Ryan’s. The 25,000 square-foot complex will be located in the Macy’s Men’s Wing of Cape Cod Mall and is slated to open in April. It will feature a 300-seat restaurant and bar area, more than twenty TVs and several large projection screens, 8 lanes of ‘Ten Pin’ bowling, 3 additional private bowling lanes, a Cape Cod themed laser tag arena, and an arcade area.
A VIP lounge will offer private dining, private bar service and 3 private bowling lanes for functions and special events. Clark will assist groups in all aspect of event planning, including catering, bar and logistics. Events are currently being booked for 2018.
“I am so excited to be a part of the Ten Pin team,” said Clark. “This venue is unlike anything the Cape has ever seen and is going to be a game changer for entertaining. The VIP space is going to offer a phenomenal combination of sleekness, fun, and versatility, making it as suitable for a corporate outing as it is for a family reunion.”
