The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod Announces Appointments to Residential Mortgage Team

Hyannis, MA (October 10, 2018) — The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod announced two new appointments to its Residential Mortgage Team.  Ralph Coppola joins the bank as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer and Charlotte Green joins as Assistant Residential Mortgage Sales Manager.
Coppola is a seasoned mortgage professional who brings seventeen years of experience in the industry, including roles as a Residential Mortgage Specialist and Branch Manager. He served two terms as President of the Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of New Hampshire, and seven years on the Board of Governors. Coppola received his BS in Business Administration from Lowell Technological Institute and currently resides in Chatham.  When not working, he can be found golfing, woodworking, spending time with his grown children and three grandchildren, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
Green has been in the banking industry for eight years, most recently serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Salem Five.  She has experience with conventional financing, community lending products and government loans.  Green studied Political Science and Communications at The University of Massachusetts Amherst.  A native of North Falmouth, she currently lives in Bourne.  Outside of the office, she’s active in the Woods Hole Theater Company and provides homeowner education through The Housing Assistance Corporation.
