The Inn at Cook Street Spring Garden Party Fundraiser for Provincetown 400

The Inn at Cook Street is hosting a Spring Garden Party fundraiser for Provincetown 400 to support commemorative activities surrounding the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Pilgrims’ first landing in Provincetown in 1620.  The Inn’s beautiful gardens are where guests will enjoy fine music, food and drinks.  Tickets are $50 per person and are available on the Provincetown 400 website.  Space is limited, so guests are advised to reserve their tickets now.
The Inn at Cook Street is a member of the Distinctive Inns of Provincetown and has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence by Tripadvisor.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards Provincetown 400 events in 2020 including a week-long visit in September 2020 by the Mayflower II replica, re-enactments of the signing of the Mayflower Compact, a tribute to the Wampanoag nation and their contributions to Provincetown, the visit of 1,500+ members of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants in September 2020, a fireworks spectacular on November 11, 2020 at the annual Lighting of the Pilgrim Monument.  The Provincetown 400 Task Force is a committee of the board of the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum.

Provincetown 400 was established to guide the town’s commemoration activities in recognition of the 400th anniversary of the arrival of the Mayflower Pilgrims, the signing of the Mayflower Compact, and to also share the story about the native peoples living here long before the Pilgrims landed. The Provincetown 400 Task Force is a committee of the board of the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum and includes members of the community who have been meeting regularly since early 2018.
