The Peabody Companies (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of property management and real estate firms, has announced the promotion of Ercilia Furtado of Middleboro to director of portfolio operations.
In this role, Furtado provides leadership and guidance to her direct reports while actively developing and directing her assigned portfolio of investment properties to allow for exceptional operations standards and new business growth.
Furtado, who previously held the title of senior property manager, joined the Peabody Companies in October 2011. She is a graduate of Curry College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
