Foran Realty Group of Dennis has announced an expansion of its Commercial Sales Division with an emphasis on the hospitality sector.
“We have assembled a very talented team of experienced individuals in the hospitality sector that is unparalleled in the Cape Cod Market,” said Patrick Foran, Foran Realty Group president. “Our team will be able to assist both buyers and sellers in the market for hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts/inns as well as restaurant properties.”
The hospitality industry team is led by Christopher Manning, senior vice president, and Kenneth Smith, senior vice president, who have more than a combined 75 years of experience in this specific field having owned and/or managed hospitality facilities and restaurants throughout Cape Cod.
Manning and Smith will be joining Peter Muniz and Jay Foran in this division.
In addition, Foran Realty will be expanding its Property Management Program to provide services to condominium associations, commercial complexes, strip malls, apartment buildings and multi residential properties.
“We have experienced considerable growth in the past few years in the commercial sector and our expansion of services is a natural progression and an integral part of our business plan,” Foran said.
