Welcome Back: The Coop Opens Its Lobbies

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod is welcoming customers back to the lobbies for in-person transactions. Safety precautions are in place to help keep customers and employees safe while the bank increases in-branch services.

“We’ve missed seeing our customers in person, and we’re excited to welcome them back into our lobbies,” said Lisa Oliver, president and CEO of The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. “As we have all experienced with the pandemic, this is a fluid situation and we will continue to follow state and local recommendations, follow the governor’s phased plans, and adjust our branch hours and safety protocols accordingly.”

Lobbies at all Coop branches are open from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Saturday. Customers will be welcomed by a Coop greeter who will ensure social distancing, occupancy requirements, and face coverings. Floor markings and plexiglass windows are among the new safety features that customers will see inside the lobbies. To safeguard employees and customers, cleaning and sanitizing protocols occur after each transaction, and The Coop is paying extra attention to high traffic areas, such as drive-up canisters and ATMs.

The drive-up windows are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (except North Falmouth Branch) as well. For more information and branch locations, visit mycapecodbank.com.
