Best Places to Work Awards Eligibility, Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a fair and meaningful recognition process, all nominees must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Eligibility Requirements
- Business must be in operation for a minimum of one (1) year.
- Business must have employees.
- Business must be headquartered or have a physical presence in Cape Cod, the South Shore, South Coast, or surrounding regions served by Cape & Plymouth Marketing.
- Businesses of all sizes and industries are eligible to participate.
- Nonprofit organizations are welcome to apply if they meet all eligibility requirements.
Nomination & Participation
- A business may nominate itself or be nominated by an employee, customer, vendor, or community member.
- Nominees must complete all required application materials by the stated deadline to be considered.
- All information submitted must be accurate and truthful.
Additional Guidelines
- Previous winners are eligible to reapply.
- Businesses may be disqualified for providing false or misleading information.
- Cape & Plymouth Marketing reserves the right to modify categories, eligibility requirements, and deadlines as necessary.
- Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection as a finalist or award recipient.
Recognition
Finalists and winners will be recognized through Cape & Plymouth Marketing’s magazine, website, social media platforms, newsletter, awards program, and related promotional opportunities.
