Cipullo joined Cape & Plymouth Marketing in February 2022 as Marketing & Community Manager and quickly advanced to Vice President of Marketing and Operations by September of the same year. In June 2023, she was appointed CEO, and in July 2024, she became the first woman owner of the company in 20 years. Under her leadership, Cape & Plymouth Marketing continues to provide innovative and impactful marketing solutions to its diverse and growing client base.

A 2009 graduate of Suffolk University, Cipullo holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism, with a minor in Marketing/Public Relations. She currently sits on the board of the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce and has been an Ambassador for the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce for over a decade, a role in which she also received the Chamber’s Ambassador of the Year award. Cipullo also served on the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for six years. Her involvement extends to organizations such as the Cape Cod Young Professionals, Cranberry Country Chamber, and more.
