Marketing has been a passion of mine since I won my first competition when I was 16. I received my undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of New Hampshire in 2018, knowing that I wanted to start my own company someday. What I didn’t know was that we would be faced with the pandemic only two short years later. During this time, I worked alongside Mainsail Events & Marketing to help businesses and non-profits tackle the “virtual pivot” which changed the way organizations utilized digital media. Into 2023, it’s easy to see that social media marketing isn’t going anywhere and should stand at the forefront of any blossoming business’s marketing strategy.
I started this business to make social media sweeter than a sundae for all of my clients while creating a life for myself that includes helping business owners and non-profits achieve their goals every day.”

Nicole Joy Hales is owner and president of PRfirst, a public relations agency that
has built a reputation of ensuring best results for its wide range of clients in addition to cultivating and maintaining relationships with media and influential professionals. She brings more than 25 years of writing, editing, and media relations experience to her role. Nicole earned a BA in media studies from Ithaca
College and is involved with several community organizations throughout the South Shore of Massachusetts, including Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth, the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Leadership South Shore, and the Plymouth Center for the Arts.

Rachel Leone is president of Leone Marketing Solutions, a promotional products and apparel firm based in Hingham. Leone Marketing has been in business for 21 years and is 100% women owned and certified by the state of Massachusetts.

Rachel graduated from Boston University with a degree in Communications and has her MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business. She has specialized her career in marketing and advertising working for Arnold Communications and then a Director of Marketing and Sales at RCN before starting her business in 2004. It’s the best thing so ever did!

She has been local most of her life as she grew up in Norwell, she has lived in Hingham for the past 19 years with her husband Roy of 26 years and her twin boys Nicholas and Thomas (18) and their dog Bella, the other female in the house!
