Philanthropy Partners of the Cape and Islands Seeks Presenters for the 29th Annual Philanthropy Day on Cape Cod

April 7, 2026 | Yarmouth Port, MA  Philanthropy Partners of the Cape and Islands (PPCI) is now accepting proposals for the 29th Annual Philanthropy Day on Cape Cod, taking place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Proposals are due by Friday, May 15, 2026.

This year’s theme “Learn. Be Empowered. Move Good Work Forward.” reflects the conference’s focus on equipping fundraising professionals and volunteer leaders with practical tools, fresh ideas, and meaningful connections to strengthen their work and advance philanthropy across Cape Cod and the Islands.

“Philanthropy Day is about bringing people together who care deeply about their communities and giving them the space to learn from one another,” said Brigid Krug, Co-Chair of Philanthropy Day on Cape Cod. “At a time when the work feels more complex and demanding, that kind of connection and shared learning really matters.”

At a time when nonprofit organizations are navigating rising needs, evolving donor expectations, and increasing demands on staff and volunteers, opportunities to learn from one another have never been more important. Philanthropy Day brings together fundraisers, board members, and nonprofit leaders for a day grounded in real-world strategies, shared experiences, and actionable insights.

Each year, hundreds of attendees from across the region come together to learn, connect, and strengthen the culture of philanthropy. The conference features a morning keynote followed by three concurrent tracks of one-hour workshops, sessions, and roundtables designed to encourage practical learning and meaningful discussion.

PPCI is seeking experienced, engaging presenters to lead sessions on a range of fundraising and philanthropic leadership topics, including major gifts, donor engagement, corporate partnerships, event strategy, grant writing, digital fundraising, and building sustainable fundraising programs. Priority will be given to proposals that are interactive, practical, and relevant to the needs of small nonprofit organizations and the unique philanthropic landscape of Cape Cod and the Islands.

Presenters will be featured in conference promotions, including the website, social media, and printed materials. Registration fees will be waived for presenters who wish to attend beyond their session.

To apply, proposals should include a session description, three to four learning objectives, intended audience, recent presentation experience, and presenter or panelist information, including bios and headshots directly to rfp@capecodgiving.org.
