Love Local Fest Returns to Hyannis on September 27
Free waterfront festival will feature nearly 100 local vendors, live music, food trucks, and a beverage garden
HYANNIS, MA – Love Live Local will bring its signature celebration of Cape Cod’s small business community back to Aselton Park in Hyannis on Sunday, September 27, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The free, family-friendly festival will feature nearly 100 local artists, makers, food producers, and independent businesses, offering attendees the opportunity to shop, eat, drink, and enjoy live entertainment along the Hyannis waterfront.
Live music will continue throughout the day with performances by Eddie & Nikki Childs, Lava Bomb, Natalia Bonfini, and The Cape Connection.
Food and beverage highlights include food trucks Mom & Pops Burgers, Uncle JouJou, and The Filling Station. Sweet treats will be available from Cape Cod Macarons, The Cookie Caper, Bello Dulce, and The Local Scoop, with nonalcoholic beverages from Fizzy Potions, Epiphany Mobile Coffee, All Juice No Cups, and Shine Mobile Coffee. Additional food and drink options will be available throughout the festival.
The festival’s beverage garden will serve local beer from Devil’s Purse Brewing Co., wine from Truro Vineyards, and Cape Tide Hard Tea and Lemonade.
“September is such a special time on Cape Cod, and Love Local Fest gives our community a chance to celebrate the season while directly supporting the local businesses that make this place so unique,” said Jen Villa, Executive Director of Love Live Local. “Every purchase made at the Fest helps strengthen our local economy and sustain the artists, makers, and entrepreneurs who call Cape Cod home.”
Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase the Love Local Card, which offers exclusive discounts and perks at participating local businesses across Cape Cod.
Since its founding in 2013, Love Local Fest has welcomed more than 200,000 attendees and featured more than 800 unique local vendors. Now in its 14th season, the festival has grown into one of Cape Cod’s largest and longest-running celebrations of local business.
