Cape Cod Healthcare Announces June Blood Drives

(Hyannis, May 27) Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital are in urgent need of blood donations. Numerous blood drives are being held across Cape Cod in June to benefit Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC). Cape Cod and Falmouth hospitals must have at least one week’s worth of blood on hand at all times. Since each unit collected or purchased only lasts 42 days, it is a constant challenge to maintain sufficient supply. All the blood collected at Cape Cod Healthcare blood drives help our families, friends and neighbors.

All donors to CCHC blood drives in June will receive an insulated tote.

Cape Cod Healthcare blood drives are scheduled in the coming weeks, including:

  • June 1: 9:40 a.m. – 4 p.m., Massachusetts Maritime Academy, 101 Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay
  • June 2: 10:40 a.m. – 5 p.m., Harwich Police Department, 183 Sisson Road, Harwich
  • June 4: 9:40 a.m. – 4 p.m., 1st Congregational Church, 200 Main St., Wellfleet
  • June 5: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Eastham Library, 190 Samoset St., Eastham
  • June 6: 8:40 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Christ Reformed Bible Church, 100 Laurel St., East Bridgewater
  • June 8: 10:10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Dellbrook JKS, 15 Research Road, E. Falmouth
  • June 9: 9:40 a.m. – 4 p.m., St. Anthony’s Fatima Hall – part of St. Joseph Guardian of the Holy Family Parish, 167 East Falmouth Highway – East Falmouth
