I am a trusted and highly effective executive coach for leaders who find themselves at an important inflection point. My clients range from senior leaders transitioning into a larger role or executives who find themselves stuck at a crossroads struggling to get to the next level of their careers. Many clients face challenges in their interpersonal and communications skills making it difficult to align, inspire and motivate others in order to deliver business results. I offer a customized approach, working with the client and the organization to ensure the coaching engagement aligns with the business needs. I have worked with CEO’s, Senior Leaders and High Potentials at companies around the world.

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, I operate a boutique executive coaching and communications consulting practice. Before starting my own practice, I was an executive coach with Bates Communications working with senior leaders at Fortune 1000 companies with a focus on executive presence. I have held several corporate communications roles at global companies and was a longtime award-winning news anchorwoman in Boston. I began coaching at Cisco in 2015 working with an executive in Data Center as well as providing team development programs on the topic of Influential Communications. I have completed coaching certification training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and am affiliated with the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, I am certified through Cisco to conduct Standout Results feedback sessions and to coach to the TMBC model.
