Housing Assistance to Hold Groundbreaking in Brewster

Spring Rock Village will bring 45 affordable rental homes to the Lower Cape

WHAT: Housing Assistance, a nonprofit focused on addressing housing insecurity on Cape Cod, in partnership with the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and the Town of Brewster, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for Spring Rock Village, a new 45-unit affordable rental development. The development will create much-needed year-round housing for moderate- and low-income individuals and families, including 15 one-bedroom units, 25 two-bedroom units, and five three-bedroom units, while permanently preserving the majority of the existing 16-acre woodland habitat.

PARKING: Parking is available at 3057 Main Street (Route 6A), Brewster. A shuttle will bring guests to the construction site at 9:30 a.m., or journalists can request an onsite parking pass from Christina Wiseman, at cwiseman@haconcapecod.org
