Wellness Croft’s Tim O’Neil to spotlight Plymouth Food and Energy Hub
September 26, 2025 (Cape Cod, MA) – In Plymouth, Wellness Croft CEO Tim O’Neil is proposing a groundbreaking initiative that will combine the power of AI, advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, and agriculture to solve complex regional challenges.

A decorated U.S. Navy power plant operator and combat veteran, O’Neil launched Wellness Croft in 2019. The Plymouth-based company is a revolutionary producer of locally sourced, health-focused freeze-dried foods. Under his leadership, the company is pioneering the convergence of advanced food manufacturing, renewable energy, and AI-powered automation.
He is a Smithsonian-recognized telemedicine innovator who has spent decades at the forefront of technological transformation. As a former tech executive at Polycom and healthcare IT pioneer, O’Neil helped launch the Unified Communications industry with his seminal work, “Demystifying IP Migration for IT Professionals.”
With credentials from UT McCombs (General Management) and MIT (Strategy and Innovation), he is developing the Plymouth Food and Energy Hub, a revolutionary model integrating controlled environment agriculture, nuclear microreactors, and next-generation food processing technologies.
