Community Health Center Launches First-Ever Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Program
Caitlin D’Amico and Mary Kate Fitzgerald join CHC as inaugural FNP residents
Mashpee- Community Health Center (CHC) is proud to announce the launch of its first-ever Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Residency Program, welcoming Mary Kate Fitzgerald, MSN, AGACNP-BC, and Caitlin D’Amico, MSN, FNP-BC, as the program’s inaugural cohort.
The new 24-month, post-graduate residency program provides advanced training, hands-on clinical experience and mentorship from experienced CHC providers. Designed to prepare nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality primary care in a community health setting, the program represents an important investment in developing the next generation of providers and strengthening CHC’s workforce.
Fitzgerald and D’Amico will be based primarily at CHC’s Mashpee location while also gaining experience across other CHC sites.
