According to CEO Carol Bosco Baumann, “Bringing back Dancing with the Docs last year—and seeing the incredible enthusiasm it generated across our community—was a powerful reminder of how deeply people on the Cape and Islands care about supporting those facing cancer. Dancing with the Docs is truly a community-driven celebration, powered by the Docs who step onto the dance floor and raise vital funds, the Pros who bring their creativity and competitive spirit, the volunteers who make the production come alive, and the sponsors and attendees whose generosity makes it all possible. We’re thrilled to bring this extraordinary event back in 2027 and continue making a meaningful difference together.”

Guests will enjoy an evening of celebration featuring cocktails, delicious food, a live auction, a paddle raise, and a post-show dance party, in addition to high-energy dance performances. More than 600 attendees are expected. Previous years’ events all sold out quickly, so community members are encouraged to secure their tickets when they go on sale.
Community members can also support their favorite doctor by donating to their individual fundraising campaign. The doctor who raises the most funds in support of CWC will go home with the coveted Hero Belt.
