Peabody Properties Continues Portfolio Growth with Management of Two Chestnut Place in Worcester

Located at 2 Elm Street in downtown Worcester, Two Chestnut Place is a historic four-story building that has been converted into 22 affordable condominiums for moderate-income first-time homebuyers.
 
Originally the site of Worcester Federal Savings, the building later served as office space before being redeveloped for residential homeownership. Built in the late 19th/early 20th centuries, the property combines historic character with much-needed opportunities for homeownership in vibrant urban Worcester.
