In this new role, Pellegrino, under the direction of the President and CEO, oversees Human Resources and Training, Business Development, Community Banking, Maintenance, Strategic Initiatives, BayCoast Insurance, BayCoast Mortgage, Plimoth Investment Advisors and Priority Funding. She also manages the Bank’s ongoing operations to effectively grow its subsidiaries while maintaining financial strength and efficiencies. Pellegrino will also act as officer-in-charge in the absence of the President.
Pellegrino joined BayCoast Bank in 2013 with more than 20 years of expertise in the financial industry. Her impressive background includes earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Providence College. She is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers School of Financial Studies.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Pellegrino volunteers for several local organizations and is currently a Board member for One SouthCoast Chamber and the Watuppa Rowing Center.
