Jocelyn M. Oliveira, of Swansea, Massachusetts, has been promoted to the role of First Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at BayCoast Insurance. In her new role, Oliveira will oversee the company’s day-to-day operational strategies, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across all offices. Oliveira boasts numerous certifications, including the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR Elite) designation in 2016, as well as the Certified Professional in Personal Lines (CPPL) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations in 2019. She is a proud graduate of the SouthCoast Leadership program and is a long-time member of the Bristol Chapter of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance for Women (MAIW). In addition to her professional accomplishments, Oliveira is dedicated to helping the members of our community. She gives her time as the President of the Board for the Samaritans South Coast and previously served as a Student Mentor with People Incorporated and volunteer for Gifts to Give.
Eileen Manchester, of Little Compton, Rhode Island, was recently promoted to Vice President, Personal Lines Production at BayCoast Insurance. Since joining the agency in 2017, Manchester has played a crucial role in expanding the company’s personal lines segment. Her exceptional leadership and commitment to client service have significantly contributed to the department’s success. Manchester holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College and various prestigious industry designations, including Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). Her dedication extends beyond professional responsibilities as she actively participates in community service and empowerment initiatives, including volunteering as a Sunday School teacher at United Congregational Church of Little Compton, as well as serving on the Children Youth Ministries Committee. She is also a member and Education Coordinator for The Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women Bristol Chapter.
