Christine Parent Named Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager; Vanessa Kusy Named Branch Manager, Small Business Specialist

HYANNIS, Mass., May 13, 2026 — Cape & Coast Bank recently announced the internal promotion of two longtime employees, recognizing their strong performance and commitment to powering local communities through personalized banking and customer service. Effective immediately, the Bank has elevated Christine Parent to Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager, and Vanessa Kusy to Branch Manager, Small Business Specialist in Marstons Mills.

Parent, who launched her financial career with Cape & Coast Bank 14 years ago, has built deep knowledge and strong client relationships with previous roles including Commercial Lending Assistant, Credit Analyst, Portfolio Manager, and Business Banking Credit Solutions Specialist.

With a strong understanding of commercial lending, market analysis and unique challenges for businesses in the region, Christine provides business clients with sound financial advice, creating solutions tailored to their specific needs and ensuring lasting success.

A resident of Marstons Mills, Christine is heavily involved in her community and is President and treasurer of the Cape Cod Art Center, a YMCA board member, and a member of the Cape & Coast Bank Foundation Board of Directors

Vanessa Kusy, Branch Manager, Small Business Specialist

Kusy, an experienced retail banking professional, joined Cape & Coast Bank as a Universal Banker in 2021, and has continued to grow within the organization, assuming roles of increased responsibility during her tenure.

As branch manager in Marstons Mills, Kusy oversees day-to-day operations, grows new and existing client relationships, and provides guidance and a motivational team environment for the entire branch.

Kusy resides in Marstons Mills and volunteers with Meals on Wheels and is actively engaged in supporting local community initiatives.
