Cape & Coast Bank Announces Officer Promotions, Recognizing Outstanding Performance and Commitment to Community Banking
Five Employees Recognized for Expanding Leadership Roles
HYANNIS, Mass., July 8, 2026 — Cape & Coast Bank has announced the promotions of five employees in recognition of outstanding performance and commitment to advancing the bank’s focus on personalized banking and exceptional customer service.
Among the promotions approved by Cape & Coast’s Board of Directors are Jason Bordun – First Vice President, Information Systems Manager; Lauren Connolly – Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner; Liz Griswold – Assistant Vice President, Senior Compliance and Risk Analyst; Bob Martin – First Vice President, Investment Executive; and Andrea Merianos – Vice President, Learning and Development Officer.

- Jason Bordun, First Vice President, Information Systems Manager Jason Bordun’s promotion to First Vice President reflects his more than 20 years of experience with Cape & Coast Bank. Through thoughtful leadership and cross-departmental collaboration, Jason has played a critical role in the bank’s ongoing operational and technological success. Jason’s leadership and dedication extend to the local community through volunteer work with the Cape Cod YMCA, where he currently serves as Vice Chair of the organization’s Board of Directors.
- Lauren Connolly, Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Lauren Connolly has tirelessly worked to strengthen HR processes and create a positive employee experience through recruiting, onboarding, and support. Additionally, Lauren serves as an exceptional ambassador for the bank by building relationships with local schools and colleges and supporting area nonprofit organizations.
- Liz Grizwold, Assistant Vice President, Senior Compliance and Risk Analyst
Liz Grizwold continues to strengthen the bank’s compliance efforts through guidance and training, helping to support the bank’s ongoing success. Additionally, over the past few years, Liz has balanced professional achievements with furthering her education, recently earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and obtaining her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation.
- Bob Martin, First Vice President, Investment Executive
With more than 30 years of experience as a financial advisor, Bob Martin’s has earned a reputation among Cape & Coast Financial Services clients for excellent service, trusted advice and consistent results. Along with a dedication to client relations, Bob is personally invested in the Cape Cod community, volunteering with a number of nonprofit organizations in the region, including The Family Pantry of Cape Cod.
- Andrea Merianos, Vice President, Learning and Development Officer Through her leadership of initiatives such as a recent online banking rollout and oversight of the bank’s internal professional development program, Andrea Merianos has helped improve both the employee and client experience. Her dedication to helping others succeed extends across all departments and strengthens the bank as a whole.
