HYANNIS, Mass., April 30, 2026 — As community banking continues to evolve, relationships remain at the heart of every client interaction. Cape & Coast Bank has appointed Christine “CJ” Conrad to the newly created role of Chief Client Experience Officer in response to rising client demand for faster, more seamless service across digital banking, deposit operations, the Customer Assistance Center, and marketing, aligning and optimizing teams that are central to the client experience. Conrad will report directly to Cape & Coast Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Erik Porter.
“CJ will make an immediate impact on Cape & Coast Bank as we evolve and align functional teams to create unparalleled community banking client experience consistent with our performance and growth strategy,” said Porter. “She is a proven and approachable leader who fully understands how all the elements of superior client experience – operations, digital, marketing and customer service – interact. As a longtime Cape Cod resident, CJ also has a strong understanding of the communities and clients we serve.”
