Cape Cod 5 Welcomes Thomas Johnson as Commercial Loan Officer
Tom Johnson will serve clients across the Lower and Outer Cape
Hyannis, MA – Cape Cod 5 is pleased to announce that Thomas Johnson has joined the Bank as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, bringing extensive experience in commercial lending, relationship management and community-focused banking to the organization. Tom will serve business clients throughout Eastham, Orleans, Provincetown and Wellfleet.
Tom joins Cape Cod 5 with a strong track record of helping businesses navigate growth opportunities, real estate financing and long-term financial planning. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to client service, he has built lasting relationships with businesses and community members across the Lower and Outer Cape.

Prior to joining Cape Cod 5, Tom held leadership positions in commercial lending and financial services, where he advised clients across a broad range of industries and commercial real estate projects. His experience and local market knowledge will further enhance Cape Cod 5’s ability to provide personalized financial solutions backed by local decision-making and long-term stability.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University, and in 2017, he received the designation of Credit Risk Certified from The Risk Management Association.
A dedicated community member, Tom has long been involved in organizations and initiatives that support the region’s economic vitality and quality of life. He previously served as member and Chair of the Orleans Affordable Housing Committee and as a member of the Orleans Planning Board. He has also volunteered with the Cape Cod Baseball League’s Orleans Firebirds and currently serves as a board member and treasurer for the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce.
