With great pleasure, the Cape Cod Collaborative Board of Directors announces that Dr. Hope Hanscom has accepted the position of Executive Director succeeding Paul Hilton who is retiring after serving for fourteen years. Hope has served as the Assistant Superintendent of Mashpee schools since 2017. Her past roles have been as an Assistant Superintendent and Director of Special Education in West Bridgewater, a Principal and Program Coordinator at North River Collaborative, and a Special Education Teacher in Brookline. Hope earned a BA from the College of Holy Cross, a Masters from Dowling College in NY, a CAGS from Bridgewater State University, and a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University. Hope received the President’s Award from the MA Association of School Superintendents in May of 2024 and the Assistant Superintendent Leadership Award in July of 2024. The Board looks forward to welcoming Hope to the Collaborative on January 1, 2025.
