Cape Cod Healthcare Announces July Blood Drives

(Hyannis, June 30) Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital are in urgent need of blood donations. Numerous blood drives are being held across Cape Cod in July to benefit Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC). Cape Cod and Falmouth hospitals must have at least one week’s worth of blood on hand at all times. Since each unit collected or purchased only lasts 42 days, it is a constant challenge to maintain sufficient supply. All the blood collected at Cape Cod Healthcare blood drives stays on Cape Cod to help our families, friends and neighbors. 

 

Donors to CCHC blood drives in July will receive a commemorative T-shirt.

 

Cape Cod Healthcare blood drives are scheduled in the coming weeks, including:

  • July 1: 9:40 a.m. – 4 p.m., Dennis Police Department, 90 Bob Crowell Road, Dennis
  • July 2: 9:40 a.m. – 4 m., St. Anthony’s Fatima Hall – part of St. Joseph Guardian of the Holy Family Parish, 167 East Falmouth Highway – East Falmouth
  • July 8: 10:40 a.m. – 5 m., Brewster Police Station, 631 Harwich Road, Brewster
  • July 9: 9:40 a.m. – 4 p.m., Seamen’s Bank, 4355 Route 6, Eastham
  • July 10: 10:40 a.m. – 5 p.m., Harwich Police Department, 183 Sisson Road, Harwich
  • July 15: 10:40 a.m. – 5 p.m., Christ the King Church, 3 Jobs Fishing Road, Mashpee
