BREWSTER, MA – An anonymous and faithful supporter of Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod and Brewster Baptist Church has generously offered to match up to $20,000 to support Habitat’s current two-home build on Phoebe Way (off Red Top Road in) in Brewster.
The two three-bedroom homes are under construction and are anticipated to be completed in the fall of 2024. Alongside volunteers, the two local families are helping build the homes they will soon purchase with an affordable mortgage. One home is Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod’s first Veterans Build for a family of four, and the second home is for a Cape Cod Hospital nurse and her four children.
The matching gift deadline is March 31, 2024; donations can be made online by visiting habitatcapecod.org/donate, then clicking “Make a gift today” and selecting the Brewster Baptist Church Match option or mailed to Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, 411 Main St. Ste.6, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675, with a note to the match campaign.

Habitat Cape Cod is currently building in Brewster and will begin new builds this fall in Dennis and Wellfleet. More builds are planned for Yarmouth, Marstons Mills, Falmouth, and beyond!
