Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC Names Angela Nuss to Partner/Manager Role at Firm

BRAINTREE, MA, ISSUED NOVEMBER 19, 2024…Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC (http://jaynussrealtygroup.com), a leading multi-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, named Angela Nuss of Braintree, MA, as Partner/Manager. 

Jay Nuss, principal of Jay Nuss Realty Group of Braintree, MA, with over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate market sector, also recently announced the addition of associate Liz Tavares to the partnership level at the firm which provides an array of commercial real estate services throughout the Eastern Massachusetts market. The two new partners will continue to specialize in the representation of both buyers and sellers of small to medium-sized commercial properties.

As a key part of the firm’s management team, Angela Nuss will work directly with firm principal Jay Nuss and fellow Partner/Manager Liz Tavares in shaping the direction and growth of the firm, which has served the commercial real estate community since its inception in 2011. The Jay Nuss name dates back even further in the commercial real estate industry, with principal Jay Nuss having more than four decades of experience in the industry.

Angela Nuss first joined Jay Nuss Realty Group in 2018, after having worked in the property and casualty insurance business, where she still maintains her license and designation. Although she officially joined in 2018, she has been involved with the business in some capacity for many years prior.

“In fact, since childhood,” said Nuss, who often accompanied her father, Jay Nuss, to building sites on Saturday mornings, lent a hand in measuring buildings, and helped out in the brokerage firm’s office.

A Bentley University alumna, she was honored with the “Unsung Hero” award for her significant contribution to “Breakfast by Moonlight,” a finals week tradition where Bentley faculty and staff serve students a hearty late-night breakfast.

Nuss has been a member of Boston Business Women since 2020, a member of its Inner Circle since 2021, and co-moderator of the organization’s South Shore Facebook Group since the Spring of 2022.  She is the former chapter leader of the Weymouth Area Chapter of Networking Group USA (NGU) and one of its original organizers.

 

 

Nuss is also active in the Toastmasters organization and has earned numerous awards, including the Pathfinder Award for the Toastmasters District 31 and the organization’s 2018-2019 Distinguished Area Director and Successful Club Coach.  She is also a long-time member of the Braintree Rotary Club and a founding member of the Braintree High School Rotary Interact Club, which recently celebrated its 30^th anniversary.“I’m honored and grateful that Jay has given me this extraordinary opportunity,” said Nuss. “I am fortunate to be part of a family business that has earned such an excellent reputation.
