Brewster, MA — Cape Wellness Collaborative (CWC), a Cape Cod-based 501(c)(3) offering
free-of-charge integrative wellness therapies and support for residents of Cape Cod and the Islands
facing cancer, will host its first annual fundraising golf tournament on Monday, August 4, 2025 at
Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in Brewster. Visit https://www.capewellness.org/golf-tournament for

Dubbed “Swing for Better Days”, the event features 18 holes of golf with a contest at every hole, a
putting contest, an air-cannon shot, a $10,000 hole-in-one contest, a goodie bag for every player,
and a dinner reception with silent and live auctions and awards at Ocean Edge’s Pavilion Linx.
Demand for CWC’s services has increased by more than 40% in the last year alone. All funds raised at
this event will support CWC’s services and programs, including providing cancer patients and
caregivers free access to integrative wellness therapies, support groups, nutritious meal delivery, and

chemotherapy at the same time,” said Mark Clausen, Board Chairman of CWC. “The support we
received from CWC was just incredible – a lifeline when we needed it the most. As my health
improved, I joined the board as a means to give back. Being an avid golfer, I’m excited to announce
our annual golf tournament. It’s not just golf – it’s an incredible opportunity to come together, have
fun, and raise vital funds for an organization that brings comfort and hope to so many Cape Codders
and Islanders facing their toughest battles.”
