Assists Marshfield Council of Aging (COA) administration and volunteers with planning and implementing of daily routine duties activities, and special events. Setup and take down of function tables & chairs and refreshments, including cleanup. Takes daily inventory for any necessary items such as decorations, groceries, and buffet table utilities. Creates a shopping list for director, including shopping local business for those items. Attends periodic staff meetings for updates and improvements. Performs receptionist services, dispatch service, general office mailings, and customer care functions. Communicates with COA administration for any irregularities and patron requests/complaints. Trained in customer service duties in the Marshfield COA cafe, congregate lunch dining, and welcome desk.
