Road to Responsibility Announces Taciana Ribeiro Saab as Assistant VP of Career Services
New leadership role created to elevate employment services and expand career pathways
MARSHFIELD, MA, ISSUED AUGUST 17, 2026… Road to Responsibility (RTR; http://roadtoresponsibility.org), one of the region’s largest and most successful nonprofit organizations supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is pleased to name Taciana Ribeiro Saab of Boston as assistant vice president of career services.
In this newly created role, Ribeiro Saab will build modern workforce pathways, strengthen compliance with evolving regulations, and expand employment opportunities that promote independence, inclusion, and long-term career success for the individuals RTR proudly serves.
Ribeiro Saab joins Road to Responsibility with more than 20 years of experience advancing workforce pathways, most recently serving as project director at New England ADA where she led the center’s participatory action research on disability, race, and trust in communities of color. She previously was the program director at the Boston Center for Independent Living and held the title of workforce development director with Triangle, Inc. where her leadership helped catalyze the careers of hundreds of individuals with disabilities.
