Road to Responsibility Earns #7 Spot on Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work List

Honored in the extra-large organization category for exceptional workplace practices

MARSHFIELD, MA, ISSUED JULY 28, 2026… Road to Responsibility (RTR; http://roadtoresponsibility.org), one of the region’s largest and most successful nonprofit organizations supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, proudly announces its #7 ranking on the Boston Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work list in the extra-large (500+ employees) category.

The Boston Business Journal’s annual exclusive ranking showcases the Massachusetts companies with exceptional employee satisfaction, culture, and organizational leadership. More than 200 companies in five size categories competed for placement on this year’s coveted list, with 90 ultimately selected from sectors including financial, technology, retail, and health care.

The awards are based solely on confidential employee surveys administered by Quantum Workplace, a third party research partner. Employees rated their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits. Quantum Workplace assigned each business a score out of 100%, which determined its final ranking.

This year’s honorees were celebrated on June 11th at The Westin Copley Place.
