Road to Responsibility Ranks #4 on Boston Business Journal’s Employer Inclusivity List in Large Company Category

Honors the Non-Profit Organization’s Dedication to Equity and Inclusion
 
MARSHFIELD, MA, ISSUED APRIL 23, 2026… Road to Responsibility (RTR; http://roadtoresponsibility.org), one of the region’s largest and most successful nonprofit organizations supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, proudly announces that it has placed #4 on the recently issued Boston Business Journal’s (BBJ) 2026 Employer Inclusivity Index in the large company category.
 
The BBJ’s Inclusivity List recognizes organizations that lead with an exceptional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. It celebrates employers whose policies, cultural practices, and leadership cultivate workplaces where people of all backgrounds can thrive.
 
RTR’s #4 placement on the list underscores its allegiance to inclusive practices and a workplace culture of support and respect.  This is the second consecutive year the organization has appeared on the list.
