February 2026 – Seamen’s Bank is proud to announce the promotions of Pete Roderick to Senior
Vice President of Branch Strategy and Deposit Operations and Tom Johnson to Vice President /
Director of Commercial Lending. “We are excited to recognize Pete and Tom in their elevated
roles” said Lori Meads, President and CEO of Seamen’s Bank. “Pete and Tom add tremendous
depth to our leadership team and position us for continued growth and long-term success”.
Roderick joined the Bank in 2000 as an Operations Specialist. During his tenure he has played a
key role in product development and execution of key strategies for the bank.
Pete’s operational expertise and strategic mindset will play a critical role in enhancing efficiency,
strengthening internal processes, and ensuring we continue to deliver an exceptional experience
for our customers” said Lori Meads, President /CEO. “His professionalism and contributions to
the future of the Bank will have an impact on how we become a stronger community bank”.
Pete has a bachelors in English from Bridgewater State University and volunteers at the
Cape Cod Museum of Natural History.
Tom Johnson joined the Bank as a Credit Analyst for the Commercial Loan Department in
November of 2016 and was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in June of 2017. Tom then moved
into the role of Commercial Loan Officer in May of 2019 and was promoted to Vice
President/Commercial Loan Officer in June of 2020. Prior to joining Seamen’s Bank, Tom
worked in the investment securities industry specializing in municipal bonds.
Tom’s experience in commercial lending brings a strong track record of building lasting business
relationships and delivering strategic lending solutions that help our business customers thrive
and grow.” His leadership will strengthen our commercial lending strategy, and deepen our
impact within the business community” said Lori Meads, President and CEO of Seamen’s Bank.
Tom has served on local boards and committees for the Town of Orleans and currently serves as
Treasurer of the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce.
