The workshop, designed to help women navigate the home buying process with confidence, will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the bank’s Falmouth branch, 238 Worcester Court.
Johanna Zarra, a residential mortgage loan officer at The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, and Emily Swartz, broker/owner at Coastal Homes Realty Group Both women are also WE CAN volunteers. During the workshop, attendees will receive expert insights, practical tips and resources to make informed decisions on the journey to homeownership.
