The Cape and Islands Veterans Outreach Center this year is celebrating its 40th anniversary of supporting veterans and their families on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket. Our work empowers veterans to achieve lasting reintegration into the families and communities for which they have sacrificed. Established by veterans, to serve veterans, we operate 13 regional food pantries, as well as transitional housing for veterans, emergency transportation, case management, and counselling.
