Cape Cod Ready Mix expects a good work ethic from the top down. That being said, we are family. When a recent tragedy stunned one of the employees, everyone, including the General Manager and CFO, helped that employee to get through the next few hours and brought them to the care of their family. Communication is key to a well-run business and Cape Cod Ready Mix is no exception. From the sales division communicating with the customer to Dispatch coordinating the concrete deliveries per the customer's schedule.
