Cape Cod Ready Mix expects a good work ethic from the top down. That being said, we are family. When a recent tragedy stunned one of the employees, everyone, including the General Manager and CFO, helped that employee to get through the next few hours and brought them to the care of their family. Cape Cod Ready Mix is a caring and hard-working business.

The drivers of concrete trucks receive concentrated training upon employment even if they have been doing this for years. Again and again, safety procedures are stressed. This includes personal and specific exercises for the well-being of all personnel through our Wellness Coach Paula.

Cape Cod Ready Mix is closed on weekends. Recently, to meet a customer's needs, drivers and staff worked on Saturday to supply the necessary concrete to keep the job on schedule.

Communication is key to a well-run business and Cape Cod Ready Mix is no exception. From the sales division communicating with the customer to Dispatch coordinating the concrete deliveries per the customer's schedule. Communicating with the staff is important so that everyone knows what is needed to get the job done well and on time.

Cape Cod Ready Mix gives many contributions throughout the year to local needs, charities, and participation in events like Touch a Truck for kids (and some adults).
