South Yarmouth, MA—Community Connections is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Conlon as Chief Operations Officer (COO). Jill brings with her more than two decades of leadership experience in human services and a strong commitment to person-centered care.
Since joining Community Connections, Jill has played a key role in strengthening organizational operations, supporting strategic growth, and advancing the agency’s mission to promote optimal independence for adults with disabilities. As COO, she will oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with mission-driven services while supporting long-term sustainability.
Prior to Community Connections, Jill spent over 15 years at BAMSI, where she held several leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Vice President. In these roles, she oversaw large-scale program operations, managed multidisciplinary teams, and led initiatives to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. Her work included opening new residential programs, enhancing employment services, and developing systems that elevated both fiscal responsibility and quality of care.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College and a master’s degree in human services from the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College.
