E.J. Jaxtimer has announced a new fishing tournament to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands (BBBS), The Little Big Fishing Tournament, which will take place Thursday, June 24, at Baxter’s Fish ‘n’ Chips.
The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands is to partner with under-resourced families to provide their children with transformational, one-to-one professionally-supported relationships with caring adult mentors, so that their children will thrive.
The tournament is anticipating up to 30 boats and expecting more than 150 men, women and children anglers to participate. The day will end with an award ceremony, raffle prize drawings, and dinner provided by Baxter’s Fish ‘n’ Chips.
Business sponsorships are available for $1,000, $750, $500 and $250. Donation items for the captain’s buckets and raffle prizes are being accepted. Businesses will be prominently displayed on the tournament banner on the day of the event and on the website.
