The company supports employees’ well-being and encourages individual learning & growth. A mindset of focus and rebuilding was displayed from the top with the owner telling of personal failures that didn’t need to be shared, but was done to show that anyone can rebuild their life after downturns and become successful. We take care of our own with many types of programs and incentives. Encouraging support of those in crisis. When my husband passed away a collection was taken to help me with expenses. Many sick employees have been supported in the same way.

The company has monthly zoom calls where we are encouraged to recognize fellow employees for service, support, or a job well done.

Lots of room for growth and constant internal and company paid external training as well.

There are always positions posted internally and current employees regularly move up or laterally to grow.

We have Jean days on Friday when a coworker is in need due to sickness, an accident or a family member’s illness, or death we rally together to help often the company matches funds collected. In 2022 - Embrace Instituted a Bucket List Rewards Program that allows employees to celebrate other coworkers who have gone out of their way. We can collect points and redeem them for gift cards and other gifts available.
Communication is key, how effective is the organization at communication with their employees and/or client/customer? *
Communication is strong. There are constant process improvements, zoom, and conference call with management to improve areas in need. No company is perfect but we try to continually work on concerns.
In what ways does the organization give back to their community? Please provide an example.
The company pushes public service, it used to be encouraged quarterly before Covid and has decreased but we hope it will be more regular again. We pick an organization and volunteer. We have planted gardens, picked up trash, and painted buildings. The company gives time off for it and promotes it as our orange days. (Co color is orange)
