HOLIDAY COOKING: THANKSGIVING PIES

If making pie crust and homemade pies is something you’ve always wanted to do this is the class for you!
Join culinary instructor, Kay Benaroch, in the kitchen for hands-on demonstrations about how to make your own pie dough and then use it to fashion a double crust, deep-dish apple pie using a pre-made filling. In this workshop, Kay will also demonstrate the making of an open-faced apple crostata and will give some hints on fashioning a pecan pie, pumpkin pie, and pear-cranberry pie with oatmeal strudel. Bring a box large and sturdy enough to carry your pie home!
