Our mission is to simplify HR for our members and clients by providing comprehensive information, resources, training, and tools for managing HR day to day, access to chat with HR experts as needed, and high-quality consulting services to address specific HR needs.
HR at Work, LLC (formerly known as Pamela Sande & Associates, LLC) was founded in 2016 by Pamela Sande, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CCP, President & CEO. We work with companies with as few as five employees to as many as 1,000 or more. Our clients include nonprofit organizations as well as for-profits in multiple industries such as real estate, engineering, professional services, and landscaping.
From the very beginning, providing our clients with high-quality consulting services and resources has been a cornerstone of our success. We are known for helping our clients achieve business success through innovative, practical, and cost-effective HR solutions.
Our consultants are seasoned HR professionals who have worked in various positions within corporations, including as HR executives, as well as in consulting. Each of our consultants has experience as an HR generalist and as a specialist in compensation and benefits, human capital systems, organizational design, and/or employee and labor relations.
