July 13, 2026, Falmouth, MA – Please join us with our host, Falmouth Road Race, Inc. for a
Business After Hours Networking Event on Thursday, July 16th, from 5:00PM– 6:30PM. The
event will take place at Falmouth Road Race, Inc.’s new headquarters located at 205
Worcester Court, Falmouth, MA.

The Falmouth Road Race was established in 1973 and has become one of the premier
running events of the summer season. Each year the race draws an international field of
Olympians, elite, and recreational runners out to enjoy the iconic 7-mile seaside course.
The 501(c)3 nonprofit Falmouth Road Race organization is committed to promoting health
and fitness through community programs and philanthropic giving.

The featured nonprofit is Falmouth Police Department K9 Unit. The Falmouth Police
Department features an active K9 unit comprised of two specialized teams: K9 Renata
(handled by Officer DeVito) certified in explosives/firearms detection, and K9 Kepo
(handled by Officer Lawler) certified in narcotics detection, article searches, and tracking
missing persons. These K-9 teams regularly assist at large-scale local gatherings—such as
the Boston Marathon and Falmouth Road Race—and routinely aid surrounding
municipalities with traffic stops and suspect tracking. The program is supported by the
non-profit Falmouth Police Foundation.
