Who is your role model / mentor? Patrice Pimental, vice president and leadership coach at Rockland Trust. Patrice opened my eyes to community involvement and leveraging opportunity. Understanding how visibility in the community can promote trust and help build relationships. Here on Cape Cod, we have a unique market of small businesses and there is no cookie cutter that fits all products to meet customer needs. It is the relationships that we build and cultivate in our community that inevitably builds the success of Rockland Trust but also the successes of the local businesses.
What mistake has taught you the most? Don’t stretch yourself too thin; quality over quantity.
What one book has impacted your life? “The Fellowship of the Ring” by J.R.R. Tolkein.
What is your superpower? My ability to make conversation with anyone in a room.
Where can you be found on the weekends? Grilling and hanging out with my son.
