He or she will embrace the challenge of identifying ideal insurance policies for a multitude of corporate clients while simultaneously generating referrals to grow existing portfolios.

Compensation:$50,000 + commission
Responsibilities:
- Visit with, follow up, call, and coach existing and prospective clients on commercial insurance policies as part of the company’s commitment to high-level personal attention and customer service
- Implement a range of sales and networking strategies such as prospecting and cold calling potential customers to maintain grow customer base and provide outstanding service to your existing book of business; positioning the company as one with a competitive advantage at every opportunity
- Negotiate insurance coverage terms and conditions with management teams after thoroughly determining the clients’ commercial insurance needs against available insurance products
- Develop and present risk management assessments to advise clients on ways to minimize and avoid claims
- Remain educated on all insurance coverage provisions, the overall insurance industry, regulations, and pertinent legislation to ensure customers understand their coverage terms and insurance services in the process

- IT Proficiency: MS Office, Google, Adobe, Social Media, etc.

- College Degree preferred or other relevant life skills
- Positive Perspective: Constructive attitude, friendly working disposition, collaborative, coachable, team player, and "can do" approach to getting things done
- Independence: Self-teaching, self-starter, able to perform at a high level regardless of oversight. Little hand-holding needed
- Intelligent: Street smart, well-read, conversant, good perception, and high social IQ
- Positive Perspective: Constructive attitude, friendly working disposition, collaborative, coachable, team player, and "can do" approach to getting things done
