Favorite professional moment: When my family came to work with me as a team. Having my mother as a partner and support from my sisters, we are able to provide experience and exceptional results.
Who is your role model / mentor? My father, Paul McCormick. He has the ability to communicate and listen, making everyone feel that they are the only person in the room.
What mistake has taught you the most? Not making time to enjoy life. Life moves fast and it isn’t a dress rehearsal.
What one book has impacted your life? “The Point of it All” by Charles Krauthammer
What is your superpower? Staying 72 degrees. When needed, I use a slow late night DJ radio voice. It keeps everyone cool under pressure.
