St. Anne's culture is based on each department working with each other for the benefit of the company as a whole. The lending department is made up of 3 sections, commercial, retail and residential. As a residential lender, I receive referrals from retail and commercial loan officers on a regular basis.Has the company/organization offered rewards or incentives for great customer service or a positive employee attitude?
One example of the company recognizing employee efforts is when an employee participates in a community service the employee is allowed to treat Fridays as a casual dress day.Does the organization offer training for levels of advancement? Is there room for growth?

St. Anne's is a huge supporter of the UMass education system providing discounts to all borrowers for closing costs and recently donated 2,500 to the Plymouth chapter of Habitat for Humanity.Are you actively hiring/recruiting outside your organization?
